A
Tulip Hearts Day @ Food Empire with Children
Cancer Foundation
Tulip Hearts Day is an annual event paying
tribute to children who are battling courageously
against cancer. 'Tulips' signify hope and
celebration while 'Hearts' represent the
love and generosity of all those who care.
On 4 September 2007, Children Cancer Foundation
(CCF) conducted a childhood cancer awareness
public education talk as well as sales of
handmade silk-cocooned tulips in Food Empire
Holdings, in its efforts to raise funds
and generate greater awareness of childhood
cancer amongst the corporates. Tulips of
vibrant colours were sold throughout Food
Empire to raise funds for Children Cancer
Foundation.
The staff and management of Food Empire
Holdings participated in this meaningful
event by reaching out to bring hope and
love to children with cancer. For more information

Hearts Day, pls proceed to: http://www.ccf.org.sg/calendar_events/calendar.html
